2. Educational content
The financial-organisation sequence is fictional teaching material. It does not describe a real bank, executive, customer reaction or public statement. The framework is designed to develop communication judgement and is not a substitute for incident-specific legal, regulatory, financial or professional advice.
We work to keep content clear and current but an organisation facing a real incident must verify its own facts and obligations. No training or example can guarantee a reputational, press or commercial outcome.
3. Enquiries, fees and booking
The enquiry form requests the course programme and crisis communication checklist. It is free to request these materials and doing so does not reserve a place, create a course contract or authorise payment. Please provide accurate professional contact details and avoid sending confidential or sensitive third-party information in the optional field.
The published fee for Executive practice is £786 per participant for two three-hour live online sessions. The published fee for Response room is £2,196 for one live online day for a group of up to six participants. These totals include VAT and the described materials, with no mandatory booking, platform or delivery charge. A different scope or an in-person arrangement requires a separately agreed quote before booking.
After an enquiry, we confirm the format, dates, fee, what is included and payment arrangements in writing before a course contract is formed. We do not take payment on this website. The specific booking confirmation governs any agreed schedule; a change of fee or scope requires your agreement.
4. Cancellation, refunds and course changes
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how to cancel a paid course, request a refund and exercise any applicable consumer rights. A request for the free programme and checklist needs no refund. No wording in these terms restricts a consumer’s statutory remedies when training is not supplied with reasonable care and skill or does not match the agreed description.
If Pampero HR must cancel an agreed session, we will offer a reasonable alternative date or refund the amount paid for the undelivered training. If an event outside reasonable control interrupts delivery, we will discuss rescheduling or an appropriate refund for the unprovided portion, without limiting mandatory rights.
5. Intellectual property and permitted use
Text, visual design, checklists and course materials are owned by or licensed to Pampero HR, subject to any third-party rights. You may read the site and share a link to it for legitimate professional purposes.
You may not reproduce substantial portions of course materials for commercial resale or present the teaching scenario as a real event. If your organisation needs internal reuse rights for training, discuss them when requesting the programme.
6. Availability and responsibility
We may update or temporarily interrupt the website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on a general teaching scenario without verification in your own circumstances. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
You remain responsible for ensuring that any real public statement is factually accurate, appropriately approved and compliant with the rules applying to your organisation and sector.
